  2. Cultivate a strategic exercise plan and strategy including duration, type, and modifications.
  3. We then give mental and physical exercises to support the plan strategic plan, this may include breathing techniques, aroma therapy recommendations, conflict resolution, or other.

Is this professional counseling?
No. Although we have degrees and experience in mental health, we recommend that you see a professional counselor. Or work with us in conjunction with your current counselor.

What types of techniques do you use?
We use a variety based on our client’s needs. We are familiar with CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), Motivational Interviewing, and more. However, we likely will use a blend.
